Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Correct Score (“the Service”). Opening the site is enough to accept them; you do not need an account. If any part of this document does not work for you, the correct response is to stop using the Service.

We may revise these terms. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and material changes are emailed to account holders before they take effect.

Correct Score is a football data and prediction service. We publish live scores, fixtures, competition tables and results, and we publish daily predictions across twelve betting markets with a confidence rating attached to each one.

• We are not a bookmaker. We do not accept, place, settle or broker bets, and we never hold your money.
• We are not a financial adviser. Nothing published here is investment, financial or legal advice.
• We are not affiliated with any league, club, competition or governing body whose fixtures we cover.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By opening an account you confirm that you meet that age requirement and that accessing sports prediction content is lawful where you live. Checking your local law is your responsibility, not ours — availability of this site in your country is not a statement that it is legal there.

• One account per person. Credentials are yours alone and must not be shared or sold.
• Give accurate details when you register, and keep your email address current.
• Everything done through your account is treated as done by you. Keep your password to yourself.
• Tell us straight away at hello@correctscore.co if you think someone else has access.

• Paid access is sold two ways, at the price shown on the pricing page when you buy: Champions and Legends. Each is sold either as a single day’s predictions, charged once, or as a 30-day plan charged in advance, depending on the term you select at checkout.
• Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax your jurisdiction adds.
• A single day does not renew. It is one payment covering the predictions published for that day; it ends when the following day’s predictions publish, and there is nothing to cancel.
• A 30-day plan renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from your dashboard; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Price changes take effect at your next renewal and are notified at least 30 days in advance. You can cancel before then and pay nothing more.
• If a payment fails we may retry it and may suspend paid features until it clears.

Every first paid subscription carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email hello@correctscore.co from your account address within 30 days of the charge and we refund it in full, without asking why.

After 30 days, refunds are discretionary and are normally granted only where the Service failed to deliver what was paid for. Losing a bet is not a service failure, and we say so plainly here so that nobody is surprised later.

This is the most important section in this document. Read it before you subscribe.

Our predictions are worked out from past results, current form, head-to-head records, home and away splits and competition context. They are estimates. A confidence rating of 8 means we think a pick is strong; it does not mean it will land.

• No prediction, on this site or any other, is a guarantee of an outcome.
• Our published accuracy record describes what has already happened. It does not promise what will happen next.
• Every decision you make with our output is your own, and so is every consequence of it — financial or otherwise.
• We work continuously to publish the strongest prediction we can generate for each fixture, and we publish the results of that work in full at /accuracy, wins and losses alike.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, mirror or bulk-extract content from the Service.
• Republish, resell or redistribute predictions or paid content without written permission.
• Open multiple accounts to dodge plan limits or repeat a free trial.
• Probe, disrupt or attempt unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Present our output as your own tipping service, paid or free.
• Use the Service for anything unlawful in your jurisdiction.

The design, code, written content, prediction output and data compilations on this site belong to Correct Score or its licensors. Underlying match data is supplied under licence and remains the property of its providers. You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and link to any public page. You may not copy the site, republish its predictions, or build a competing product from its output.

We aim to keep the Service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, supplier outages, upstream data delays and events outside our control can all interrupt it. Where an outage materially affects a paid period, tell us and we will credit that period.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Correct Score is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost stakes, lost data or lost opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your statutory rights as a consumer, which these terms do not affect.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used fraudulently, or that is being used to harm other users or the Service. Where the breach is not deliberate we will normally warn you first. You may close your own account at any time from the dashboard. Sections that by their nature survive termination — intellectual property, liability and governing law — continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence. Before formal proceedings, both sides agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through the contact page.
